My vision
Standing alone can be a strength – but the power of what we can do together is hard to beat.
I have always believed that people who help one another get further.
We all have our own strengths, experience and ambitions. But I believe it is only when we share, collaborate and lift each other up that something really happens.
My vision for Next Case is to create a setting where companies meet as people. Where we see each other not just as customers, suppliers or competitors, but as people who can help one another.
Somewhere to share what you know, put in a good word for each other and sometimes just help out when someone needs it.
I believe we can build something different from an ordinary business network. A setting where people celebrate each other's successes, take on challenges together and genuinely do some good for the world around us.
For me, business is not only about deals. It is just as much about relationships, trust and the will to contribute.
That is exactly the feeling I want Next Case to stand for.
My philosophy on sales and development
Success grows from challenges
I believe good business starts with the right questions, not ready-made answers.
To me, selling is about people, curiosity and a genuine wish to understand.
I want to understand the people behind the companies I meet – what their working day looks like, the challenges they face and what they want to achieve.
That is why I start by listening and asking questions, rather than presenting a finished solution.
But I also believe in daring to challenge.
I like being challenged myself. It makes me think differently, develop and spot opportunities I might otherwise have missed.
In the same way, I am not afraid to ask questions that may feel challenging. Not to question the person in front of me, but to challenge habitual ways of thinking, bring in new perspectives and discover opportunities together.
I am convinced that success grows from challenges – that real development often begins when we dare to question what we have always done and open up to new ways of thinking.
At the same time, I want to understand the whole picture.
- What works today?
- What could be better?
- What does it cost to carry on as before?
- And what difference could a change actually make?
For me, selling is not about persuading someone to buy something they do not need. It is about building trust, sharing knowledge and helping people make well-informed decisions.
Sometimes that leads to a deal. Sometimes it leads to a good conversation, a new insight or a valuable relationship.
All of that matters to me.
I believe in long-term relationships where we dare to be open, honest and sometimes challenge each other to get better.
For me, good selling is not about talking the most, but about understanding the best – and having the courage to ask the questions that really make a difference.
Because in the end, I believe the best business happens when we not only see the opportunities in front of us, but also dare to challenge ourselves to reach them.
What I want to create
Over time, I want Next Case to make it easier for companies to:
- find other companies and people with the same drive
- share knowledge and experience
- open doors for one another
- create joint activities
- plan events and team building
- run outdoor activities
- contribute to nature and community projects
- create new opportunities together
A vision in progress
This is a vision in progress. Next Case is not yet a finished network or a matching service, but the direction is clear: to create more opportunities for companies to meet, help one another and do things together.
